Momentum offers custom personal training programs and services to clients between the ages of 8-100. Whether you are a beginner or advanced exerciser, an athlete or have never exercised at all – Momentum can help take you to the next level.

Momentum personal trainers custom design exercise programs around your specific needs and abilities. This is why it’s called “Personal Training.” We pride ourselves on our education, certifications and our continued passion to learn as much as we can about the human body and how it works. Our personal trainers understand that putting force on the body can be both beneficial as well as detrimental if done incorrectly. 

For this reason, we take very seriously the exercises we give to our clients and how fast or slowly we progress each individual. Working out smarter, not harder is how we help you reach your goals in the safest and most effective way.
 
Biomechanics is the study of structure, forces, and the effects of forces on structures. We analyze all exercises from a bio-mechanical perspective ensuring maximum results. 

Sandi Doyle

  • Certified Personal Trainer (ACE)

  • Certified Barrere Instructor

Sandi received her bachelors degree from the University of Colorado in Communications.  She worked in marketing and sales while all along having a passion for fitness. Sandi is a certified Barre Instructor and most recently received her  certification as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She continues to expand her education in health and fitness in order to help her clients enjoy their workouts and reach their goals.

Michael Johnson

  • Certified Personal Trainer

Michael has been a NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning professional for five years. He has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging young to old and specializes in Functional Movements that provide a safe and effective exercise program. Michael says, “My purpose is to help people get better every day, improve their physical performance, and to help them live longer, healthier, happier lives.”

David Tremblay

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

David has been a trainer and massage therapist since 2008 and is a graduate from Northeastern University and the prestigious Muscular Therapy Institute in Boston Massachusetts. The coupling of these two disciplines has allowed David to deliver focused treatment for painful conditions while helping everyone from  professional athletes to weekend warriors to improve overall health, fitness and performance. David shares his time at Momentum Custom Fitness with Harvard University where he maintains a massage therapy practice in the Department of Health and Human Services pain clinic.

Kelly Pizoli, RN

  • ISOPHIT Trainer

Kelly is a BSN, RN that graduated from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked in hospital and outpatient settings and began to develop a passion for fitness and the importance of staying healthy as a way to prevent disease. Kelly is an ISOPHIT trainer and loves to help educate clients on the benefits of health and wellness, and to help them reach their optimal health goals. Kelly is currently studying to become a RN health and wellness coach and plans to use those skills to help others become the best versions of themselves. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and living in southeastern RI where she enjoys many outdoor activities.
