Sara Miranda

  • Personal Trainer

  • Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach

Sara received her Bachelor’s Degree from Endicott College in Exercise Science. Sara is a certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, a program designed to help Parkinson’s patients combat their symptoms. Sara also worked at TB12 in Boston, where she specialized in pliability training using resistance bands. Sara’s passion for fitness is always keeping her interested in learning new styles of training for a variety of people. She is currently working toward a Pre-and-Post Natal Training Specialist certification to help pregnant women establish a fitness program that will prepare them for their big day. Sara continues to expand her knowledge in order to help her clients reach their health and fitness goals.

Kelly Pizoli, RN

  • ISOPHIT Trainer

Kelly is a BSN, RN that graduated from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked in hospital and outpatient settings and began to develop a passion for fitness and the importance of staying healthy as a way to prevent disease. Kelly is an ISOPHIT trainer and loves to help educate clients on the benefits of health and wellness, and to help them reach their optimal health goals. Kelly is currently studying to become a RN health and wellness coach and plans to use those skills to help others become the best versions of themselves. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and living in southeastern RI where she enjoys many outdoor activities.

Sandi Doyle

  • Certified Personal Trainer (ACE)

  • Certified Barrere Instructor

Sandi received her bachelors degree from the University of Colorado in Communications.  She worked in marketing and sales while all along having a passion for fitness. Sandi is a certified Barre Instructor and most recently received her  certification as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She continues to expand her education in health and fitness in order to help her clients enjoy their workouts and reach their goals.

Michael Johnson

  • Certified Personal Trainer

Michael has been a NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning professional for five years. He has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging young to old and specializes in Functional Movements that provide a safe and effective exercise program. Michael says, “My purpose is to help people get better every day, improve their physical performance, and to help them live longer, healthier, happier lives.”

Margot Healey

  • RDN, LDN, CDE

  • Accepts BlueCross, Cigna, Harvard/Pilgram, Aetna

Margot received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Rhode Island in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She is also certified as a diabetes educator (CDE). Margot has worked in the clinical setting at Boston area hospitals and at South Shore Hospital prior to joining a private practice. She serves the South Shore of Massachusetts where she provides nutritional counseling services to clients for over 15 years.

David Tremblay

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Licensed Massage Therapist

David has been a trainer and massage therapist since 2008 and is a graduate from Northeastern University and the prestigious Muscular Therapy Institute in Boston Massachusetts. The coupling of these two disciplines has allowed David to deliver focused treatment for painful conditions while helping everyone from  professional athletes to weekend warriors to improve overall health, fitness and performance. David shares his time at Momentum Custom Fitness with Harvard University where he maintains a massage therapy practice in the Department of Health and Human Services pain clinic.

Scott Hall

  • Personal Trainer

  • Semi-Professional Baseball Player

Scott graduated from Gordon College with a degree in Kinesiology. He played baseball throughout college and went on to play semi-professionally. Scott has worked as a physical therapy aid and is an ACSM certified personal trainer. He brings a wealth of knowledge to those training for sports and/or those who are experiencing injuries or rehabilitation.

 

He specializes in weight loss, body composition, strength training and athletic performance.
When Scott is not training clients at Momentum, you will find him coaching at The Yard, a baseball training facility for players of all ages and levels and home to The New England Huskies AAU Baseball program.
