Meet our team

Kelly Pizoli, RN

  • ISOPHIT Trainer

Kelly is a BSN, RN that graduated from the University of Rhode Island. She has worked in hospital and outpatient settings and began to develop a passion for fitness and the importance of staying healthy as a way to prevent disease. Kelly is an ISOPHIT trainer and loves to help educate clients on the benefits of health and wellness, and to help them reach their optimal health goals. Kelly is currently studying to become a RN health and wellness coach and plans to use those skills to help others become the best versions of themselves. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and living in southeastern RI where she enjoys many outdoor activities.

Sandi Doyle

Sandi received her bachelors degree from the University of Colorado in Communications.  She worked in marketing and sales while all along having a passion for fitness. Sandi is a certified Barre Instructor and most recently received her  certification as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She continues to expand her education in health and fitness in order to help her clients enjoy their workouts and reach their goals.

Margot Healey

  • RDN, LDN, CDE

Margot received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Rhode Island in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She is also certified as a diabetes educator (CDE). Margot has worked in the clinical setting at Boston area hospitals and at South Shore Hospital prior to joining a private practice. She serves the South Shore of Massachusetts where she provides nutritional counseling services to clients for over 15 years.

Matthew Cibere

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM)

  • TRX Certified Suspension Trainer

Matthew received a Bachelors of Science degree from Plymouth State University and has been training clients for the past eight years. He works with his clients to help determine their strength/fitness goals and has been successful in developing safe and appropriate plans in order to achieve those goals. Taking into consideration his clients interests, lifestyle, strengths and limitations, his custom programs are safe, challenging and fun. In addition, Matt educates his clients on supplementation and proper eating habits in order to help them become healthier versions of themselves, both physically and mentally. He has written articles for Modern Athletic Health related to training, nutrition and supplementation. Matt has played hockey most of his life and outside the gym, he enjoys keeping up with current events in the world of business and finance.

Brianna Halner

  • Personal Trainer

Brianna is in the process of earning her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science at The University of Massachusetts, Boston. Her relevant coursework includes Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness and Wellness, Physical Activity and Health, Health Fitness Assessment, Strength and Conditioning, and Health Behavior Change. Her dedication to fitness throughout high school and college is what prompted her interest in the field of exercise. Her long term goal is to earn her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is motivated by the desire to help her clients live a healthy and active lifestyle. Brianna enjoys traveling, art and outdoor activities such as rafting and hiking.

Alyson Hensel

  • M. Ed. Rhode Island College, Early Childhood Education

  • OCB Figure Competitor

Alyson received her M.Ed in Early Childhood Education from Rhode Island College and is a former classroom teacher.  Currently, she works at an assisted living facility where she is an activities assistant caring for the elderly and has a passion for nutrition and strength training. Alyson most recently received her personal training certification through the National Council on Strength & Fitness. Additionally, she had been an award-winning OCB bikini and figure competitor and will continue to compete and educate herself in health and fitness in an effort to best serve her clients as they work to achieve their fitness goals.
