At Momentem, we offer 5,000 square-feet of exercise space in a comfortable and welcoming environment.  We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, professional and friendly atmosphere.

Momentum offers state of the art equipment consisting of Cybex, Keiser, Nautilus,

and Freemotion.  Our cardio line consists of StairMasters, Arc Trainers, Treadmills, Assault, Spin and Recumbent bikes, as well as Concept II rowing machines.

We have 1,000 square feet of turf where our members can warm up, push a sled, slam medicine balls, or just enjoy a relaxing post-workout stretch.   Athletes can use the space for speed and agility drills as well.

Momentum has a highly educated staff with relevant industry certifications, and several staff members hold bachelors and/or masters degrees in exercise science

and related fields.   This is unique and sets us apart from most gyms in the area.
