Group Training


All exercise for all people should be custom.  Group exercise is no exception.  
At Momentum, we limit our group exercise classes to a maximum of 4 people to ensure it remains custom to each participant.  If you are looking for a fun and more affordable (but still custom) workout, then a small exercise group is for you.

Although not mandatory, we recommend that all our group members complete a minimum of 6 one-on-one personal training sessions.  This is important because it allows our qualified personal trainers to get to know you, your goals and possible limitations.

The information that we gather from these one-on-one personal training sessions will be valuable as we instruct and progress you in a safe yet challenging manner.
